  We have established a robust Safety Management System to ensure all activities, whether in the office, during client meetings, or on site visits, are carried out safely. Our practices comply with both international and local regulations to minimize risks and prioritize safety.

  Our detailed safety policies encompass all facets of our operations, including guidelines for office safety, travel safety, and standards for fieldwork or site assessments.
• Risk Assessments:

• Health and Safety Training: All employees undergo initial and regular Health and Safety Training, covering emergency procedures, first aid, hazard identification, and safe material handling.

FIRE SAFETY

• At Vetafossil LLC, fire safety is paramount in all our operations. Although we mainly function as an advisory and mandate company in the oil and gas sector, we recognize that fire hazards can occur in any setting, particularly within industries like energy, oil, and gas. We are dedicated to the safety of our employees, clients, and contractors by enforcing stringent fire safety protocols and fostering a culture of readiness.
• We adopt a proactive stance toward fire prevention through comprehensive risk assessments to pinpoint potential fire hazards in both office and field contexts. This involves evaluating fire safety measures for the facilities we collaborate with and providing clients with advice on optimal fire prevention strategies for their operations. We also educate our employees on fire hazards, risks, and the significance of keeping environments free from fire risks.
• In our office settings, we manage and mitigate fire hazards like faulty electrical wiring, flammable substances, and obstructed fire exits. Regular fire drills are conducted to ensure everyone knows the evacuation routes, emergency procedures, and how to use fire safety equipment correctly.
• We offer ongoing fire safety training to all employees, equipping them with the knowledge to respond swiftly and effectively during a fire emergency. This training includes instruction on using fire extinguishers, the necessity of fire drills, evacuation methods, and the safe management of materials that could ignite. Our aim is to ensure every team member can handle fire situations competently, whether at the office or on client sites.
• Our emergency response plans are crafted to safeguard everyone on our premises during a fire. We have well-defined evacuation routes and assembly points, which are regularly communicated to all employees. Fire drills simulate real-life emergencies, preparing individuals to evacuate calmly and effectively. We also keep a well-stocked first aid kit and emergency firefighting equipment on-site, including fire extinguishers and alarms.
• We are committed to adhering to local, national, and international fire safety regulations, which encompass building fire codes, fire prevention laws, and workplace safety standards. We advocate for our clients to either meet or surpass these standards in their own operations and provide guidance on enhancing fire safety practices across their facilities.

Our proactive fire safety approach not only protects lives but also preserves critical infrastructure and valuable resources.
• In 2018, the Company’s gas processing facilities handled 411 and 406 million cubic meters of gas. From this, we generated 395 million cubic meters of dry stripped gas, along with 756,000 tons of light hydrocarbon fractions, 188,000 tons of ethane fraction, and 42,000 tons of Sulphur.
